Last Christmas Ether was in the throws of production; the 252 page, fine art book featuring Andrew Kidman’s photography, artwork, writing and interviews was released in January 2008. Each copy of Ether is signed and numbered and comes with a 10” coloured vinyl record with music by Andrew Kidman.

The book is a limited edition of 1050 copies. And there are now less than 500 copies of Ether remaining and it will not be re-printed in any form.
